One of Jonathan’s areas of expertise includes creditor’s rights and collections law.  Jonathan has extensive experience representing a variety of creditors including property owners and management companies, aerospace firms, medical professionals, contractors, building suppliers, financial institutions and small businesses. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jonathan held a managerial role at a collection agency.  Jonathan learned the ins and outs of collections and how to satisfy his clients. Leveraging this experience, Jonathan understands the role he plays in helping his clients recover against the defaulting party.  Currently, Jonathan serves as outside general counsel to several creditor rights agencies in addition to serving clients nationwide seeking California collections counsel.

Jonathan is a member of the International Association of Commercial Collectors and Commercial Law League of America.
