Jonathan’s real estate experience spans nearly two decades. Jonathan gained hands on experience from working in property management, overseeing a portfolio of mostly office and retail properties. Jonathan’s passion for real estate leasing has carried over into his legal career. After becoming a lawyer, Jonathan has worked with both commercial landlords and tenants on leasing transactions throughout the entire lifecycle of a lease. Jonathan regularly assists clients in the preparation and negotiation of complex leases and ancillary lease documents (including letters of intent, amendments, assignments, estoppel certificates and other agreements).

Jonathan’s clients include commercial, retail and industrial tenants and landlords, food and beverage, fitness studios, retailers and other professionals.
